For more than 15 years, Emeka Orjiakor has been architecting ground-breaking media deals for major studios and emerging creatives. As the former lead attorney for Amazon Studios' global film acquisitions and development business, he negotiated more than $1 billion in content deals (including Coming 2 America, Air, The Tomorrow War, Shotgun Wedding, and Borat Subsequent Moviefilm) and provided legal and strategic support on hundreds of film and television projects across development, production, and distribution.

Emeka now works as a strategic advisor and legal partner to production companies, creative teams, and content-driven brands. His practice spans film, television, and music-driven projects, with expertise in deal structuring, rights acquisition, IP strategy, and production legal. Among his clients are award-winning producers, directors, and creative entrepreneurs, as well as entertainment executives navigating growth and ownership.

He received his Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and began his legal career as an associate at Sidley LLP.
